Adolescence is one of the stages of human development characterized by biological, psychological, and social changes. A lack of knowledge about reproductive health can lead to various negative impacts, such as abortion, unwanted pregnancy, HIV/AIDS transmission, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), and early marriage. In addition, the reproductive organs are located in a closed and moist area, which can cause infections if not properly maintained. This study aimed to analyze the effect of animated video education about reproductive health on adolescents’ knowledge levels at SMP Negeri 1 Dende Piongan Napo. The research used a quantitative design with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The sampling technique applied was probability sampling, and the data were analyzed using the Wilcoxon test. The results showed a significant difference in knowledge levels before and after the intervention, with a p-value of 0.000 (< 0.05). This indicates that animated video education effectively improved adolescents’ knowledge about reproductive health. This study emphasizes the importance of adolescents being actively involved in seeking information and participating in reproductive health education programs, both in schools and community health institutions. Adolescents are also encouraged to consult with health professionalsor counselors when facing issues related to reproductive health.
